Eidolon [eye-do-lun] is a large city in England a few miles from the coast. After the collapse of the oil industry a few decades prior, Eidolon became famed for being the only city to generate energy from constant movement and stimulation; relying on the travel of commuters and the mental stimulation of cognitive labour. This system of generating energy is known as the Eidolon Circuit.
